License #: DRE#BR535791000
Year Licensed: 2002
Education/Accreditations:
University of Michigan – Bachelors of Economics
Arizona State University – Master in Business Administration
Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM)

Lisa’s passion for real estate started when she was very young. She worked with her brother at her dad’s property management company in Philadelphia, accompanying him to pick up rents at the properties they managed in low-income neighborhoods downtown. During summer breaks from the University of Michigan, Lisa assisted two property managers in King of Prussia, PA.

Lisa relocated to Scottsdale after graduating from the University of Michigan. In 2002, she obtained her Arizona Real Estate license and began turning owner-occupied residences into residential rental properties while dabbling in the real estate sales market. In 2009 she left her position as Vice President at Washington Mutual to pursue her real estate passion full-time. She became the owner of Real Property Management Phoenix Valley (“RPM Phoenix Valley”), utilizing her extensive finance and real estate knowledge to help educate rental property owners. In 2011 she obtained her Arizona Real Estate Brokerage license and since then has been the owner and Designated Broker for RPM Phoenix Valley.

In 2016, Lisa took on a new challenge as the President of her own HOA of 50 houses. Through that experience, Lisa realized the need for a company that specialized in managing smaller HOAs. She then created an HOA division within RPM Phoenix Valley offering specialized services such as welcome calls to all homeowners, “on foot” community compliance inspections, and training for new board members.

During this time, Lisa and RPM Phoenix Valley became members of the Arizona Association of Community Managers and Lisa completed their rigorous certification program to become CAAM certified. Every year Lisa completes continuing education for her Arizona Real Estate Broker License and CAAM certificate so she is always up to date on all pertinent laws/legislation.
