HOW CAN I PAY MY ASSESSMENT FEES?
Assessments can be paid via your online portal by credit card, debit card, ACH and cash through a secure ticket system. Additionally, checks may be mailed, sent via your bank bill pay or dropped off to our office. -
HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY HOA DUES ARE CURRENT IN MY ACCOUNT?
When logged into your portal on the home page, visit "account summary" then scroll to the right under "action" and click on the three blue dots to hit "view detail" and then all of your charges and payments will be listed there. -
WHERE DO I GET A COPY OF THE GOVERNING DOCUMENTS FOR THE ASSOCIATION?
When logged into your portal please visit the document section to review and or print all governing documents for your community. -
WHAT LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES ARE THERE IF I HAVE A TENANT IN AN HOA?
Be sure to review the Governing documents for your community as tenant registration forms and fees may be required. -
WHAT ARE THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS (“CC&R’s) FOR THE ASSOCIATION?
CC&R's are legal documents commonly used in planned communities, homeowners’ associations (HOAs), and similar developments to establish rules, regulations, and guidelines that property owners within the community must adhere to. These documents are designed to maintain a certain level of uniformity, appearance, and standards within the community, ensuring that all residents contribute to a cohesive and harmonious living environment. -
ARE OWNER’S GUESTS AND TENANTS ALLOWED TO USE COMMON AREA FACILITIES?
Owner guests and tenants are allowed to use the common area facilities however depending on the community registration may be needed. As the homeowner you are responsible for the conduct of any guests and/or tenants. Be sure to refer to our community CC&R’s for specific requirements for your community. -
WHERE CAN I SUBMIT QUESTIONS, COMMENTS AND WORK ORDERS?
You can submit a maintenance request through the maintenance tab of your online portal. For questions and comments please visit the homepage of your online portal, select the drop down arrow on the far right next to “Actions” and select “New Conversation”.
