For example, if rent isn’t collected until the 15th of month then the tenants only have 15 days until the next rent payment is due so more than likely the next payment will be late. If not addressed promptly, this has the potential to evolve into an ongoing cycle costing the property owner lost rent revenue, possible water bill balances and the potential for property damage.
