Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Full security deposit is due upon approval. Move in date must be between 7 & 30 days from lease signing/payment of security deposit. If moving in on or after the 5th then pro-rated current month rent is due as well as the following full month. Rent is due 7 days prior to move in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All prospective occupants 18 and older must complete our application and pay the $50.00 non-refundable application fee. -
Is the deposit refundable?
All but $250.00 of the security deposit is refundable subject to your move out inspection. Pet security deposits vary depending on the pet screening of your pet. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We do not accept co-signers. -

What documents do I need to submit with my application?
If you are a W2 employee then submit your two most recent pay stubs with year-to-date income. 1099 employees must have the two most recent years employment as a 1099 contractor within metro Phoenix in the same field. Last year’s 1099 and last month’s bank statement all pages must be submitted. Retirement/VA/SSI requires your awards statement OR last year’s 1099/W2 and last month’s bank statement all pages illustrating recent proof of receipt via direct deposit.
For self employment income need full name of corporation you own as well as the two most recent year personal tax returns all pages.

What are your application fees and are they refundable?
The application fee is non-refundable and is $50.00 per person 18 and older. Within 24 business hours of your non-refundable application fee being received you will receive an email from our Leasing Center whose email is agents@rpmphoenixvalley.com. Be sure to check your junk and spam email folders. -
Do your owner-clients accept evictions?
No.
