Copper Hills is a neighborhood in Phoenix, AZ.

Copper Hills Homeowner Association comprises 42 Townhomes conveniently located near the I-17 with the major cross streets of 35th Ave and Greenway. For all non-financial questions, you will need to contact the board president.

Mailbox Keys

The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should provide the mailbox keys at close of escrow. Should the locking mechanism to your specific mailbox not work, please contact J&K Postal Works: 602-332-9380 OR Arizona Mailbox: 602-291-1384 to schedule repair. Such repairs will be at your monetary expense. Aside from the key itself, and the locking mechanism, should anything be wrong with the mailbox kiosk, please notify the property management company.

Assessment Fees

Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is monthly on the 1st of each month.

Assessment Late Date:
The assessment is late on the 30th of the month; but not considered late if it is due if postmarked by the 30th.

Assessment Late Fee:
At this time the board hasn’t implemented a late fee but this is subject to change at any time.

Visit paylease.com click on Make a payment if you haven’t already registered click “Don’t Have An Account? Create One Now” on the next screen click Homeowner and then enter the community name Copper Hills HOA then select this is my property and get registered.
